Ten years of cross-border management: A sudden water leak testifies to the management's resolve.
In 2016, following the initial launch of White City Living, an overseas buyer entrusted their one-bedroom investment to SJW entirely on the strength of our market publications. Over the subsequent decade, the property remained consistently let and fully managed without burdening the owner. On a Friday afternoon in June 2026, the tenant reported a severe water leak. Our property management team immediately traced the breach to an empty flat upstairs, shut off the mains supply, and supported the travelling tenant while initiating the insurance claim. Following rigorous negotiations, SJW successfully waived the landlord’s access fee and secured a full carpet replacement covered entirely by the insurer.
