01 Market Research & Property Inspection
We analyse market data carefully to determine the optimum achievable rent for your property. For new homes, we also offer a pre-delivery inspection service — taking photos in advance, checking for potential issues and promptly reporting them to the developer for repair — so the property is listed in its best possible condition.
02 Strategic Marketing & Tenant Sourcing
Your property is listed on top UK platforms such as Rightmove and Zoopla, and co-marketed with local agents to maximise exposure and attract quality tenants quickly.
03 Tenant Screening
We require tenants to provide financial and eligibility documentation — including bank statements, credit history and legal right to rent. All qualified applicants’ details are compiled for your decision, together with our recommendations drawn from extensive experience; the final choice rests with you.
04 Transparent Pricing
We adhere to transparent pricing and open processes. All fees are clearly listed before the contract is signed, with no hidden charges. 05 Ongoing Management & Video Inspections
We carry out 1–2 property inspections per tenancy, with video reports for remote landlords. If you plan to visit the UK, we can also coordinate viewings with tenants on your behalf.
