We start with comparable sold prices in your area to set a recommended asking range and a realistic timeframe. Your property then goes live on Rightmove and Zoopla, and at the same time we market it directly to our existing client base — including landlords and tenants from our lettings management side, along with our social media audience following the London market.

Once you instruct us, the sale is broken down into three stages and nine steps:

• Marketing — valuation and pricing, professional photography and video, listing on the portals, social and client-network promotion

• Viewings and negotiation — qualifying buyers and arranging viewings, negotiating price and terms

• Exchange and completion — liaising with solicitors, pre-exchange inspection, completing the sale
   

Every step has a clear deliverable and timeframe, and you can check progress at any point. We handle sales for owners based overseas as a matter of course.
