Based on your brief, we shortlist suitable rental properties and coordinate communication, helping reduce the time spent searching and comparing the market.
03 Tenancy Support & Negotiation
We arrange property viewings, negotiate offers, and follow up on the lease process, helping you smoothly navigate every step of renting a place in the UK—including guarantors, deposit protection, and Right to Rent checks—areas that can easily cause problems.
04 Move-in & Bilingual Support
We assist with move-in handover and provide Chinese-English communication support throughout the service, helping overseas clients settle in more smoothly.

30-Minute Free Consultation
A complimentary 30-minute consultation to understand your requirements and answer initial questions.
£500 Start-Up Fee
Once you confirm the service, a £500 start-up fee is payable to begin needs analysis, area recommendations, property screening and communication coordination.
One Month’s Rent (Service Fee)
Once a suitable property is successfully rented, the service fee is one month’s rent, inclusive of VAT. The £500 start-up fee is fully deducted from the final service fee.
FEE EXAMPLE
If the final rent is £2,500 per month, the service fee is £2,500 inclusive of VAT. After deducting the £500 start-up fee already paid, the remaining balance is £2,000.
