SJW Celebrates 10th Anniversary with ‘100 Flowers Bloom Together’

SJW marked its 10th anniversary with a celebration bringing together current and former colleagues, clients, business partners and professional organisations that have supported the company throughout its decade-long journey. 

Centred around the theme “100 Flowers Bloom Together,” the event celebrated both SJW’s growth over the past ten years and its ambitions for the future. Opening remarks thanked the many individuals and organisations that have contributed to the company’s development, with an emphasis on continuing to grow together through strong professional relationships, trusted referrals and high-quality service. 

Speaking at the event, SJW founder Sally explained that the anniversary theme carries two meanings. The first recognises the more than 100 people and companies that have supported SJW over the past decade. The image of flowers blooming together reflects the company’s belief that its success has been shaped not only by its own team, but by a wider network of clients, colleagues and professional partners.

The second meaning looks towards SJW’s next chapter. Sally shared the company’s ambition to build a team of 100 people, describing each future member of the SJW family as another “flower” contributing to the growth of the brand. 

Her speech also took a more personal turn as she reflected on the passage of time and the importance of making it meaningful. Recalling family, the recent loss of her dog and the relationships built over the past decade, she spoke about the finite amount of time people have together and why dedicating years of one’s life to a business should mean building something that genuinely flourishes. 

“Some of the faces here today, I’ve seen them 10 years ago, and they are still here today,” she told guests, thanking long-standing supporters as well as those who have only recently begun working with SJW. 

The anniversary was therefore as much about relationships as it was about a business milestone. From colleagues who have been part of the journey for years to new partners at the beginning of their relationship with SJW, the event reflected the company’s aim to build professional connections that last well beyond a single transaction. 

Looking ahead to the next 10, 20 and 30 years, SJW hopes to continue expanding its team and professional network while retaining the relationships and service principles that have shaped its first decade.
