Alex started in client service, then gradually moved into client relations, administration, and estate management, eventually transitioning to property management. His experience in the UK and Romanian real estate sectors has instilled in him a strong emphasis on professionalism, efficient communication, and high standards of service.

At SJW, Alex primarily serves landlords and tenants, handling client relations, problem-solving, complaint processing, administrative coordination, and facilities management. For clients who entrust SJW with property management after purchase, he also assists with a smooth transition from purchase to property management, including property maintenance, equipment upkeep, leasing procedures, and ensuring the property complies with applicable laws and insurance requirements.
