Having lived and worked in London for many years, Arvydas possesses extensive experience in property and building management. Since entering the building management field, he has gradually accumulated comprehensive practical experience in residential property maintenance and daily management.

Prior to the real estate industry, Arvydas worked in various sectors including automotive, hotel services, and residential concierge. This diverse professional background has shaped his pragmatic and flexible work style, enabling him to handle the needs of different environments and client types with ease.

His real estate career encompasses freehold properties, leasehold management, and senior concierge and concierge supervisor positions in residential projects. Currently, he focuses particularly on property maintenance, daily operations, and providing ongoing support to owners and tenants.

Arvydas possesses leasehold management expertise from the Residential Property Management Institute (IRPM), with experience covering multiple areas including property management, insurance engineering, service charge and fee disputes, headlease review, snagging, and defining maintenance responsibilities.

He believes that excellent property management begins with honest and clear communication. Rather than offering clients a single answer, he prefers to explain different solutions and their respective advantages and disadvantages, allowing clients to make a judgment after fully understanding the situation.
