Lilian has over 7 years of professional experience across the London property sector, with a strong background in residential property management, lettings, asset performance and client relationship management. She currently manages a portfolio of around 100 residential properties, working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors throughout the full tenancy lifecycle, from onboarding and compliance through to inspections, maintenance, check-outs and deposit negotiations.

Lilian also brings a strong architectural and commercial background, having previously worked over 10 years across workplace solutions, commercial, architecture and interiors and design environments. She holds an MSc in Real Estate Development, an MBA in Project Management in Engineering and Architecture, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Urbanism. Her combination of property, technical and commercial experience enables her to provide a practical, client focused approach to property management, with particular strengths in communication, project coordination, refurbishment and problem solving, delivering tailored solutions for landlords and their properties.
