Lucas was born and raised in London and currently focuses on leasing and property management at SJW. His long-term residence in London has given him a strong local understanding of the city's different areas and its rapidly changing property market.

Lucas entered the real estate industry three years ago as an intern. While studying Economics at the University of East Anglia, he completed his university internship at SJW, gradually applying the communication, organizational, responsibility, and time management skills he developed in his academic training to his daily work.

In leasing and property management, Lucas maintains close communication with landlords, applicants, and potential tenants. His work includes understanding and screening applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, advancing the application process, coordinating holding deposits, and ensuring that all parties receive timely updates throughout the process.

For landlords, he is committed to helping clients find quality tenants while maximizing the rental potential of their properties. To this end, he continuously monitors local rental levels and the market situation of similar properties in the surrounding area, helping landlords make decisions based on sufficient information.
