Shu possesses a solid background in finance and accounting, and has a long-standing interest in the real estate industry. Her over ten years of living in London has given her a deep understanding of the local UK environment and the practical needs of landlords and tenants.

After graduation, Shu began her career in finance, accumulating experience in accounting and finance, before officially entering the real estate industry in April 2026. In fact, her interest in real estate dates back to her secondary school years.

At SJW, Shu provides support to landlords and tenants throughout the entire property management process, including coordinating various issues that arise during the lease term, maintaining communication with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders, arranging contractors as needed, and assisting with property maintenance and relisting between different lease terms.
